Your information is processed within the EU as that is where the company is based. Your information is processed in order to provide the Squadgrid service as well as to improve the quality of service for all users.

Use of the information

We will use information only for the reasons that it was provided to us. Any information you provide to us can be used in order to help resolve support issues, review user reports or improve the service we provide, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our users.

Disclosure of information

We will not disclose any of your information to a third party unless legally required to do so.

Your rights

You have a right to the data that you share with us, this takes a couple of different forms.

Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your account including all information held about you. This process is permanent and will not be possible to recover you account once completed.

Access: You have the right to request a copy of you personal data.

All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that your information is secure and is encrypted both in transit and standing. SSL is used to encrypt traffic to and from the site, however, no internet traffic is ever truly secure.
